Prince’s Trust Achieve Programme

Certificate or Award in Personal Development and Employability (E3, L1 or L2)

Prince’s Trust Achieve course provide a personal development programme for young people aged 13 – 19. These informal courses support young people in developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a positive future.

The XL course is either a short engagement course to support young people in finding direction and to help them progress or a course over a year which supports the young person with their skill development and employability.

The xl programme promotes a flexible approach, using relevant, experiential learning to support young people to achieve a range of personal and employability skills and gain qualifications.

Young people work together as a group on practical learning projects, which are designed to boost their confidence, improve self esteem, attainment, behaviour and attendance.

  • Preparing for a healthy, active lifestyle
