Here at Stockton Riverside College, we understand that students may need a helping hand financially when studying, letting you focus on your studies.
At Stockton Riverside we offer a wide range of services designed to help you overcome any financial barriers.
If you are currently receiving free school meals, this will continue at college if financial situation is the same. There are currently three cafes located within the college campus catering for a range of dietary requirements.
You may be able to receive support with Kit, Uniform, data costs and the Loaning of a Laptop depending on your personal circumstances.
Care to Learn provides financial support to parents 16 - 19 with the costs of childcare at the start of their course to ensure they are able to continue in education. If 20+ the college may be able to support with costs of childcare dependent on your personal circumstances.
All students can access free bus travel to and from college during term times. Please note there is a £5 administration charge per term for students travelling by bus.
All students must complete a bursary application form before they can be considered for any of the above support.
