The Prince’s Trust Achieve Qualification provides personal development programmes for young people aged 16 – 19. These flexible and interactive units support young people in developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a positive future.  Activities and study focus on Enterprise, Digital Skill, Personal Project to name a few.

We deliver the Achieve Course in two ways

  • A short engagement programme to help young people find direction and progress onto their chosen pathway.

  • A full time study programme from October to July which supports the young person with to develop their soft skill such as confidence and communication, and employability skills. This course includes studying maths and English and individualised work related experience.

The Achieve programme promotes a flexible approach, using relevant, experiential learning to support young people to achieve a range of personal and employability skills and gain qualifications.  Young people work together as a group on practical learning projects, which are designed to boost their confidence, improve self-esteem, attainment, behaviour and attendance.
