The bright lights beckon for musical theatre student Millie who is off to continue her training at LMA London!

It’s an exciting move for the young performer from Middlesbrough who achieved an all singing and dancing distinction in the level 3 diploma at the college.

“I am very happy,” said Millie, who admits she felt the nerves before collecting her results.

With a lot riding on making the grade, she is thrilled to now be pursuing her ambition.

Of her time at the college, she said: “I has been amazing, I have loved every second, doing what I love to do.”

Honing her stage skills every day, she said a highlight was playing Rizzo in the college’s summer performance of Grease the Musical.

She added: “That was one of my dream roles.”

Let’s hope there’s lots more starring roles to come!
