It’s all about keeping her knowledge and skills up-to-date for Rebecca.

Despite working in the industry for more than 20 years, the beauty therapist from Darlington believes that it is important to enhance your knowledge in order to give your clients the best possible service.

Rebecca said: “I am always looking for new techniques and treatments that I can learn in order to expand my skillset for my clients. The Level 4 beauty course really intrigued me and I really enjoyed looking at the aesthetic side of things! I wanted to be one of the first to start training in this side of things and really challenge myself with something different.”

Currently working in her own beauty room, Rebecca is excited at the prospect of expanding her business and making more room for her extra services.

She added, “I am so grateful that I decided to go ahead and do the course, despite the difficulties of Covid-19, Amy, our tutor, was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to other beauticians looking to further their career.”
