Course overview
This qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of business improvement techniques which can be applied across many sectors and job roles. Learners will acquire knowledge of how to work effectively in a team, how to apply improvement techniques in the workplace, techniques that support a workplace and how to solve problems.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
Visual Management Systems
Problem Solving

Course information
Assessment involves completion of relevant work booklets or online units which are completed as distance learning and submitted to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes or where appropriate use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
- You must be at least 19 years old.
- You must have lived within England for a minimum of three years and/or have residency status.
- The course is free, but a £120 withdrawal or non-completion fee applies if you do not complete your course.
