The Riverside Refectory is the perfect place to refuel and recharge between sessions. From hearty main meals to quick snacks and grab-and-go options, there’s something to suit every appetite.
Oasis is where learning meets flavour. Our catering students take charge of the kitchen and the menu, serving up inventive dishes that highlight their growing expertise and culinary flair.

We have a dedicated team of qualified and experienced staff that are happy to support LRC users to access resources and make the most of the facilities available. You will find an extensive range of resources to support your learning including:
- Books, magazines, journals and newspapers (both print and electronic)
- Access to the college
- Virtual Learning
- Environment
- Digital Resources
- Access to a range of educational software and electronic resources
Resources are available and can be borrowed (some for use in the LRC only), and training is available in a range of related information skills to enable you to use resources effectively. Our staff are here to help you to develop your skills in using a computer to produce course assignments and access online resources.
