Raising Aspirations

Our raising aspirations courses are available to those with no previous qualifications.

These courses enable you to build your skills, confidence, and qualifications, which can lead to progression into employment or further education.

Pathways to Employment

Our Pathways to Employment programmes support eligible adults aged 19+ who are unemployed, looking to retrain, upskill or change careers. Designed around real industry needs programmes to equip learners with sector specific knowledge, essential skills and the practical work-ready experience needed to secure sustainable employment or progress within employment.

A BELP will boost knowledge and cover skills training to achieve a qualification. Plus, you will gain industry insights from guest speakers and often receive a guaranteed job interview on completion of the programme.
