Introduction

This qualification will focus on the study of possible causes of violence in the workplace and how to reduce the risk of workplace violence and harassment. It will provide learners with an understanding of how organisational policies and procedures can contribute to a safe working environment and will also give an understanding of why workplace violence may occur and how the risk of workplace violence can be reduced.

What will I learn

This qualification covers: Contribute to a Positive and Safe Working Environment. Violence in the Workplace. Understanding Aggression, Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace. Understand Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the Workplace.

What's next

Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
