Introduction

This qualification aims to provide learners with skills to support their colleagues with mental health problems. Learners will gain knowledge of mental health first aid and how this can be applied within the workplace. The course aims to explore mental ill health and ultimately how to create a mentally healthy work environment.

What's next

Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
