Introduction

This qualification aims to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of person-centred thinking, planning and review. It will also provide learners with knowledge of how to work with individuals to carry out activities specified in their care or support plan, and how to thoroughly understand person-centred assessment, planning, implementation and review.

What's next

Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
