Course overview
The Level 1 Performing and Production Arts course is a 1 year programme that allows learners to build and develop basic skills in performing and production arts. This will include acting, singing, dance/movement, film and TV and the development of various projects across the course of the year.
You will develop and perform various roles in a variety of productions across the course of the year including a showcase, pantomime, film and tv project and devised performance piece.
Course information
The course is assessed through the different projects, all at a pass level, with the last project being marked at Pass/Merit/Distinction.
You would then progress to Level 2 Performing and Production Arts.

You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing.
You will learn alongside industry specialists in workshops and classes. You will also undertake tutorial and enrichment opportunities like visiting local theatres to watch performances.
