Course overview
This level 4 qualification aims to provide professional development for level 3 qualified practitioners working with the early years. This qualification will embrace experiences in the workplace and challenge learners in both family practice and theoretical understanding. On completion, learners will be equipped to work as an Advanced Practitioner. The Advanced Practitioner will use leadership skills to mentor others in various roles across the workforce.
