This qualification covers the early years (birth to 5 years). It is designed for learners already employed as an Early Years Practitioner in a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) related role. Learners will have an ambition to progress into leadership and management roles and responsibilities and lead with best practice within their setting.
