Our Level 3 qualification builds on the foundation laid in Level 2 and offers advanced training in treatments such as body massage and electrical epilation. By undertaking this course, you’ll gain further confidence in your abilities, refine your existing skills, and gain new ones, allowing you to provide an even wider range of treatments to your clients.
So, if you’re passionate about beauty, and eager to take your skills to the next level, studying a Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy could be the perfect choice for you. With the right training and experience, you could become a leader in this exciting and growing industry.
Through a mix of theory and practical sessions, based both in classroom and in a commercial salon, you will learn to carry out more advanced techniques including massage, stone therapy, body electrical treatments and electrical epilation.
Course information
You will be assessed through practical assessments and observations. Oral questioning, theory and multiple-choice exams.
You could choose to extend your skills by studying further on a higher education course, such as our Level 4 Certificate in laser and light treatments. You can also gain employment in a salon, cruise ship, spa or you could set up your own business.
Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy and a GCSE grade 4 or above in English and maths.
Full time students will attend work experience as part of their course.
You will need to purchase a salon uniform and Level 3 Kit
Practical skills training will take place in our newly refurbished, state-of-the-art salon!
