Whether you want to work in a high street salon, run your own business or travel the world offering treatments on a cruise ship, a career in beauty can get you there. This programme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to get started, deliver great service and master the latest techniques.
Training in our on-site salon where you will develop the skills and knowledge you need to launch your future career. You will learn all about Facial Skincare, Eyelash and Brow Treatments, Makeup Application, Client Care and Communication, Manicures, Pedicures, Health and Safety & Reception Duties.
Course information
You will be assessed carrying out practical treatments and observations, oral questioning, online multiple-choice exams and building and electronic portfolio.
After successfully completing this course you could progress to a second year of study in Level 3 Beauty Therapy Treatments or Level 3 Nail Technology Studies.
If you are 19+ you can start your studies at this level upon successful interview.

You will study the theory and practical aspects of beauty therapy. You will be taught the underpinning knowledge and skills to successfully preform these services. Your week will be split in to classroom based learning and commercial salons.
