Course overview
This course will enable learners’ to develop their understanding of effective communication techniques whilst evidencing competency to employers. They will learn how to keep accurate records and how to provide effective signposting and referrals.
This qualification covers:

Course information
Assessment involves completion of relevant work booklets or online units which are completed as distance learning and submitted to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes or where appropriate use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
Your must be at least 19 years old.
You must have lived in England for a minimum of three years and/or have residency status.
A willingness to be able to convey various types of information and support various client groups with differing needs.
