Introduction

This exciting part-time course is designed for adults interested in starting a career within the aviation and travel industry. Learners will develop the knowledge, confidence and professional skills required to work as cabin crew, including customer service, teamwork, safety procedures and communication skills. The course offers a valuable introduction to the airline industry and helps prepare learners for future employment opportunities.

What will I learn

This course will cover: The role and responsibilities of cabin crew, Airline health, safety and security procedures, Customer service and passenger care skills, Teamwork and communication within the aviation industry, How to present yourself professionally for airline recruitment, Emergency procedures and onboard awareness, Practical cabin crew skills within our state-of-the-art mock aircraft cabin environment.

How will I learn

Part-time evening course – Tuesdays, 6:00pm–8:00pm 30 weeks

Train in our state-of-the-art mock aircraft cabin for realistic hands-on learning.

Study part-time in the evenings around work or other commitments.

Gain industry-relevant customer service and aviation skills valued by employers.
