Course information

All units are internally assessed. Assessment includes:

  • Written assignments
  • Evidence from two observations in your placement setting.
  • You will need to be at least 19 years of age and hold or be working towards level 2 functional skills in English and maths.
  • You will need to be working or volunteering in a school for at least one day a week. This placement will need to be organised by the learner prior to starting the course.
