Santa’s little helpers are serving up a feast for young visitors to Stockton Riverside College.

Catering and hospitality students are organising a Breakfast with Santa with the opportunity to tuck into a full English and meet the big man himself.

Part of the college’s enterprise initiative, lecturer in catering and hospitality Carmel Bayntum said: “The idea was to get the students involved in doing something completely different that uses their skills.

“By both organising and delivering the Breakfast with Santa they have to take into account all aspects of organising an event, from marketing through to the morning’s entertainment as well as cooking and serving breakfast.”

Tickets are £10 for one child and £8 per additional child. The price includes a cooked breakfast, Christmas crafts, storytelling, and a meet and greet with a small gift from Santa.

Entry for infants under two years is £4 and doesn’t include breakfast. Adults accompanying a child can also get a cooked breakfast for an additional £8 each.

The event takes place on Saturday December 9, 10am-12noon. To book call 01642 631320.

Part of the Enterprising Stockton initiative, Stockton Riverside College encourages a culture of enterprise across the college, bringing a host of opportunities to its students alongside their studies.
