Creative students saw their work go on display this week as part of Stockton Riverside College's Art and Design summer exhibition.
The annual event marks the culmination of their efforts throughout the year, with many students now moving on to university or progressing on to a further year of study.
An audience of family, friends and special guests were invited to the gallery show.
Work featured everything from fine arts to graphics, textile to photography.

Maryam
Maryam, 19, of Middlesbrough, is heading to De Mont Fort University in Leicester to study Architecture. She said: "I am quite proud to see my work displayed. It is an achievement."
Of the course at Stockton Riverside College, she said: "It has been a great experience. The College is really student based, the teachers will literally help you with everything.
"As a new student going to a new place it can be a bit scary for younger students but you are met with a friendly face here."

Lauren
Art and Design student Lauren said she feels quite emotional to be at the end of her two-year course.
She said: "I have enjoyed it so much and made friends that I will have for life."
Planning a change in direction by moving on to study science, she said the course has really helped to build her confidence.
She said: "I have just seen someone taking photos of my work, it feels amazing actually."

Bethany
Of seeing her work on display Stockton Riverside College Graphic Design apprentice Bethany, 22, of Middlesbrough, said: "It is amazing, I feel very proud."
Having been given the opportunity to work on community projects with external partners, including an exciting partnership with Cleveland Police, she said: "It has been an amazing opportunity to work with external organisations. It has been nice to branch out into different fields, not just hand rendered art."
Bethany is now moving on to the second year of her Level 3 apprenticeship.
