Sean Wray is off to his chosen University after securing some fantastic A level results this morning.

After receiving an A* in Geography and 2 A’s in History and Geology, Sean, who is 17 and from Billingham is now headed for Teesside University to continue his studies in History.

When asked about how he was feeling he said: “I didn’t want to get my hopes up too much and jinx it. When I opened my results I couldn’t believe it, I was over the moon.”

After university Sean hopes to study for his PGCE with the ambition of becoming a teacher. He added: “the staff at Bede have really inspired me to go into teaching. I have had the best time here”
