Oliviah, 18, was on cloud nine after receiving her A level results today.

Having joined us from North Shore Academy, she studied Psychology, English Literature and Media studies here at Bede Sixth Form, achieving three B's.

She said: "I was really worried this morning, but I'm so happy now. I've been nervous all this week but today has been great."

With a place secured to study creative writing at Teesside University, Oliviah reflected on her time at Bede: "Studying at Bede has been such a great experience and really fun.

"The environment makes it a pleasure to come in each day."
