Dedication and hard work has paid off for Aviation student Jade Henderson.

The 19-year-old from Hartlepool has secured a job in the industry working as a passenger service agent with Swissport at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Fitting full-time shifts around her college hours and vice versa, Jade said: “It is hard work but I absolutely love it.”

Determined to complete her studies at the college, she said: “It is the knowledge that I have gained by doing the course that helped get me the job I wanted.”

Hoping to go on to progress in the industry she explained: “From being a little girl I always wanted to be cabin crew but doing this course and learning about the industry has shown me that there are so many more options available.”
