This week saw the launch of our fully refurbished Infinity Restaurant.

Guests were given the chance to sample a delicious buffet dinner served by our expert team.

Heading up the kitchen were catering and hospitality lecturers Louise Ramp and Carmel Bayntum, joined by catering and hospitality students.
