Samuel, received three A grades in his A Level results today at SRC Bede Sixth Form.

Following on from his success in, biology, classical civilisation and geography, he now plans to go to Lancaster University to study biological sciences.

When asked about his college experience he said: "The teachers are really good and the amount of time we get to spend with them helps our learning."

The long term goal? To study a Masters Degree in biology and then move on to conservation work.
