What will I learn

Throughout this course you will learn the basics of what it takes to work with babies and children. You will benefit from a combination of theory and practical sessions covering a range of topics including safeguarding, development, health and safety and lots more. You’ll have the chance to put all that you’ve learned into practice on a work placement.

The qualification is delivered through a range of both taught and practical sessions, enabling learners to obtain the skills required to work with young children.

You could progress onto the Diploma for Early Years Practitioner Level 2.
