Introduction

Designed for those with special educational needs (SEN), our Foundation Skills courses are here to help you achieve your individual goals. Working in small groups you will make new friends, develop teamwork skills and increase your confidence and motivation. You will also have the chance to take part in some great trips and you will have fun learning with our range of enterprise, performing arts and digital courses.

What will I learn

You will develop your creative skills by learning performance skills and taking part in rehearsals and performances. You will gain confidence on the stage and record your progress along the way.

How will I learn

You will be required to complete activities throughout the year and record your work in workbooks which will make up your learning file.

What's next

You might choose to continue your studies by moving on to the next level or you might choose to progress to a vocational course. Alternatively, you could move on to a supported internship or go into supported employment.

There are no entry requirements for this course, just a short interview with the course leader
