Introduction

This qualification is designed to enable learners to develop the essential knowledge needed to provide effective customer service. The course covers the principles and practices of excellent customer service, how to retain customers and how to resolve customer complaints and problems. Learners will also develop an understanding of how customer expectations can be affected by the service provided.
