BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Creative Media Production (Interactive Media)
Creative media is a rapidly expanding industry. You will get to work with some of the most exciting technologies available and have some great fun while doing so. We have really good links with some of the biggest players in the industry and have excellent connections with Tees Valley’s vert own Digital City, so you will be in the best place to find the right skills in one of the most fast-paced and innovative industries in the world. Mixing creativity, technology and business, this course will give you the skills needed for a career in a range of creative industries including television, archive, animation, interactive media, film, photo imaging and radio.

How will I learn?
With a focus on work this practical course will see you creating your own projects and assignments in our design studios. Working to briefs based on the real world you’ll get to see what life is like in this vibrant industry.
Choosing Creative Media Production could lead to a range of exciting opportunities. You could go on to be a video game designer, TV producer, radio presenter, a website designer and many more.
Five GCSEs grade 9-4/A*-C including English and maths is preferable.
How am I assessed?
You will apply your learning through practical assessments in the form of internally assessed assignments and externally assessed tasks and on-screen exams.
