We want to give our students the best possible start on their route to their future career, for our Bricklaying students that means learning their trade in our purpose-built workshop. Hands-on experience along with guidance from our experienced tutors enables our students to build all the skills of the profession in our dedicated training environment.
Margaret Armstrong Theatre
The Margaret Armstrong Theatre is the home of the Teesdale Campus’ Performing Arts productions. In previous years accomplished performers have played to packed out audiences, in shows such as ‘Guys and Dolls’ and ‘Annie’. Former SRC alumni are now treading the boards on some of the biggest stages in the country.
Painting and Decorating Workshop
With a variety of rooms, walls and displays, the painting and decorating team make sure students are fully prepared for the working world. The thorough learning programme gives students the chance to gain work-based practice and hone their skills while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
