This course is open to anyone who has completed the AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting or equivalent. You are also required to register with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

What will I learn
• Production of accounts from trial balance to profit and loss and balance sheet for sole traders and partnerships
• Basic costing principles
• Aspects of VAT
• Use of spread sheets
• Ethical principles for accountants
How will I learn
The main method of teaching is through lectures and workshops where accounting skills are developed and tested. The focus is on passing exams and therefore exam technique is emphasised.
