Our Access to Higher Education Health students have been getting creative in their bid to promote health awareness.

As part of the module, students are put in to small groups and tasked with promoting health awareness in a creative and engaging way.

Using costumes and games, activities and sweets, the students worked together as a team to engage their audience and most importantly educate others on their chosen subject.

In order to create their information boards, students researched a range of topics such as alcohol awareness, infection awareness, diabetes awareness, effects of plastic surgery, testicular cancer awareness and effects of smoking.

Marie Andrews, Course Leader for Access to Higher Education, said: “The students really got creative this year! There was so many fun engaging activities and the students really went all out to do well and create awareness.”
