A weight has been lifted for former St Patrick’s pupil Lily after receiving triple A in History, Classical Civilisation and English Literature.

The 18-year-old grew a ‘deeper love’ for the subjects after choosing to study at Bede, she said: “I’ve always loved history and studying here has made me look beyond and analyse the subjects more. I’ve also made great bonds with the teachers.”

Her love for history doesn’t stop there, she’s now off to Nottingham University to study American Studies & History.
