Want to know what an apprenticeship can do for you?

Just ask one of our many staff members who started their own career with an apprenticeship.

In the second of our National Apprenticeship Week profiles we caught up with NETA Training Group's Centre Support Manager Sian Cameron.

When Sian arrived at Stockton Riverside College, she had every intention of enrolling on a full time admin course, so never expected to be leaving with an apprenticeship in business administration.

From that moment it has been an uphill spiral for Sian who is now Centre Support Manager for Stockton-based training organisation, NETA.

“I started with a placement at Stockton Riverside College and after about six months the lady who interviewed me found me a job at NETA… the rest is history!” she said.

Looking back Sian says the best part of her apprenticeship was “progression within the company, support, experience and knowledge.”

Are you considering an apprenticeship? Give us a call on 01642 865577 or come along to our Apprenticeship Open Evening this Wednesday at Stockton Riverside College, Harvard Avenue, Stockton. Doors are open 5.30pm-7.30pm.
