Maintaining and Using a Computer


Why would I join this course?

This course is designed for the complete beginner who wants to learn how to use a computer and how to maintain it in good working order. This is an ideal course for students who want to learn the basics of managing their own computer but also for those who are looking to pursue a career that involves working with computers or repairing computers.


What would I be doing?

Three hours a week will be spent learning how to use a PC and the software.
You can choose the software you want to learn as they are all separate units.

You can continue to study the course if you gain employment during the programme. You can also progress to the next level on completion of this course.


How long does it take?


I'm not working - I can't afford to go to college.
