Introduction to Hospitality and Catering Certificate – Entry Level 3
Introducing you to the fast-paced world of hospitality this course will give you a good basic understanding of the catering industry. You will develop skills in customer service, healthy eating, food commodities, food and drink service, food preparation and cookery. Working in the kitchen environment you will need to have a uniform. You will also be required to continue to develop skills in numeracy and literacy to help support your learning.
The entry level certificates are appropriate for a wide range of learners. The course provides learning opportunities at foundation learning level and enables learners to progress to level 1.

No formal entry requirements but an interest in hospitality and catering is important.
