This Introductory Certificate in Team Leadership is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute and is intended for people who are considering a move into a role as team leader, or those who are new or already in such a role. The course is designed to help you learn, in your capacity as a team leader or aspiring team leader, about:

Developing Yourself
Identifying your Customer
Organising & Communicating Information
Planning, Allocating Work & Monitoring Progress
Working Effectively with your Team, your Manager & Others
The Basic Concepts of Quality and Health & Safety
