Investigate employment opportunities for Resort Representatives
Undertake resort pre-season preparation
Manage airport and transfer duties
Undertake in-resort duties
Investigate resort administration
Investigate the role of the children’s representative

The course is assessed through assignments which form a portfolio of work at the end of the course. The course focuses on the role and responsibilities of a resort representative, how to gain the skills required and underpinning the knowledge of the industry. This course is taught by industry experienced staff.

Thomas Cook Holidays have approved this certificate and guarantee all students over 19 years of age who successfully completed the course an interview.
