This course will teach you:
- How to maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
- How to contribute to an effective working team
- How to maintain food health and safety
- How to prepare, cook and finish basic dishes across a wide range of foods.
Assessment is continuous throughout the year combining practical assessments and a portfolio of work.
