This programme is for anyone wanting to learn more about how to manage their budget on a short and longer term basis. The course will provide the necessary skills to manage personal finances effectively, producing a budget successfully, planning your outgoings so they do not exceed their income and investigate ways to reduce expenditure.

The aim of the course is to help you manage your personal finances, understanding income and expenditure and how to budget. The course will also cover how to understand debit/credit cards, cheques, postal orders, pay slips and saving schemes. In addition the course will provide an understanding into the products offered by banks and building societies.

Entry Level 3/ Level 1 & Level 2

Most learners, due to individual circumstances, will be eligible for full funding
