Hospitality and Catering (Entry Levels 2 & 3)
The entry level certificates are appropriate for a wide range of learners. This one in particular is for those who wish to progress in hospitality and catering.
Entry Requirements
No formal entry requirements but an interest in hospitality and catering is important.
Length of course: 1 year

• Plus 2 other core units

• Introduction to food hygiene and safe practice
• Developing food preparation and cooking skills
• Developing food service skills
