Introduction
Everyone thinks they know about ICT because they use it every day to produce a word-processed letter; set up a Christmas card list or catalogue for their CD collection. But these practical skills are just the start!
This course explores how ICT has transformed the ways in which we learn, communicate, conduct business, spend our leisure time and live our everyday lives. One of the main focuses is how business use ICT to maximise their productivity. If you enjoy solving problems, have a flexible approach to learning and a willingness to try out new ideas, then read on.
