SRC Bede Sixth Form College now has its own campus within Stockton Riverside College and offers the best of a specialist sixth form college in Billingham and a Beacon further education college serving the whole of the Tees Valley. We work in partnership with a wide range of the other schools, colleges and training providers in the Tees Valley to ensure that whatever course you want, at whatever level, it will be available without the need to look further afield. Whatever you want can be available to you. SRC Bede Sixth Form has pledged to play its part in the joint vision for excellence in education across the whole of Stockton on Tees and surrounding areas.
At SRC Bede Sixth Form we believe that we can offer the very best personalised learning in a sixth form where staff know every student by name and where curriculum and enrichment opportunities are organised to fit your aspirations and interests. We have always prided ourselves on creating a sixth form environment and ethos which is very special to us.
We are also able to offer students state-of-the-art facilities in our new, purpose-built building.
We are committed to providing students with the very best in learning opportunities. We continue to offer students international travel to the Alps for geology and geography, New York, theatre visits and performances, business trips, residential work experience with Vitalise in Nottingham and Southport and continue to invest resources in players to field top class sports teams.
We also do fundraising – and boy do we do it! Fundraising is our forte. We find that every year students come up with new ways of helping others. The longest rugby pass, the biggest coffee morning, the fastest auction, Children in Need Day, Red Nose Day. The good causes are virtually endless and this is a testimony to the way in which we nurture students.
